Applecrate Galleries is for Sale
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that I’m selling the art gallery. Over the past 2 years, Applecrate Galleries has shown herself to be one of the most beautiful galleries in Ottawa. Manotick was chosen as the location for the new gallery because South Ottawa was drastically underserviced in the arts. The gallery has been well received and seen as an important addition to this historic village. I’m selling it in hopes that it will be here for a long time.
I’m offering the gallery as a turn-key solution (furniture, fixtures, payment system, and gallery supplies). It is possible for the gallery to switch owners with no interruption to its business or extra start-up costs to the new owners. I see this as a great opportunity for an artist or group of artists who are ready to run their own gallery or for a gallery established somewhere else that wishes to expand to South Ottawa. The landlord is willing to negotiate a long-term lease and financing is available through the Business Development Bank of Canada. Anyone who is interested can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 613-286-3920.
